About Us
In partnership with Infrastructure and Program leaders and staff, L&D offers and supports organizational learning, professional learning, and talent development through multiple formats, such as synchronous trainings, asynchronous self-directed learning, information sessions, communities of practice, resources (e.g. guides and toolkits), and embedded learning sessions.
L&D offers many learning experiences that can be found through L&D Central and on the Department Trainings Calendar. L&D recognizes that teams at WestEd hold valuable expertise and may want support to host their own learning opportunities. We offer support that can enhance your team’s knowledge, skills, and competencies through professional learning events.

Schedule or join a group training in one of the core courses facilitated by the Learning and Development team: Getting Things Done®, Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue®, Crucial Conversations for Accountability®, and Crucial Influence®.
