  • Submit Your Own Resignation

    Complete an Exit Form to notify HR that you are leaving – this will notify your direct manager.

  • Update Your Direct Report’s Work Percentage Time (FTE%)

    Notify HR that one of your direct reports is changing their FTE%.

  • Update Your Own Work Percentage Time

    Change your FTE % (Full Time Equivalent). Notifies your manager for approval. Must occur with a payroll cycle.

  • Work Location Type

    Make a change to your current Work Location Type (Remote, Hybrid with or without space, Office-based) or Work Location. Notifies your manager for approval.

  • Employee Photo Identification Badges

    HR creates identification badges for all regular staff, and temps upon request with your photo, name, and official WestEd logo. These badges help convey WestEd staff’s legitimacy when visiting school campuses and district offices. An additional benefit is that the ID badge may help secure the “Government Rate” at hotels when you are traveling for WestEd business.

  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

    Submit your Public Service Loan Forgiveness or PSLF form for review/completion.

  • Verification of Employment

    Request or ask a question about Verification of Employment at WestEd.

Exits & Work Reductions

  • Involuntary Reduction in Work or Termination (Confidential)

    Complete a reduction in time or a termination for a staff member when there is a loss of work, changes in funding, the manager wants to reorganize her or his group to better meet the needs of the client, or an unforeseen circumstance. This is involuntary. (Confidential)

  • Notify HR your direct report is leaving

    Complete an Exit Form to notify HR that your direct report is leaving.

  • Regular to Temporary Status Change

    Notify HR that one of your direct reports is converting from regular to temporary status.

  • Submit your own Resignation

    Complete an Exit Form to notify HR that you are leaving – this will notify your direct manager.
